What is Namma Ooru Party?
NAMMA OORU PARTY was the ultimate Tamil celebration to hit the USA — an immersive showcase of Tamil music, cinema, and culture performed live.
From foot-tapping Kollywood hits to nostalgic classics and high-energy dance numbers, Yatra Band brought the sound of Chennai to audiences across seven American cities. The setlist spanned the 90s and early 2000s — timeless tracks rooted in cassette days, bus rides, college culturals, and everything that made Tamil music unforgettable.
Every show was designed to feel like home. The music, the crowd, and the energy created an experience that was both electric and deeply personal — a night of community, culture, and pure Tamil spirit. All seven shows sold out.
